Freshmen’s Checklist ✔

To successfully start your university studies, it is essential that you complete all the necessary administrations, such as:

✔ Step 1: Enrolment in person at the Faculty’s Student Registration Office in Hódmezővásárhely (Andrássy út 15.) from August 26th

✔ Step 2: Course registration online in Neptun system from August 26th to September 22nd

✔ Step 3: Activate your student status by registering for courses

✔ Step 4: Registration with Immigration Office for Residence permit

✔ Step 5: Attend classes ( from September 9th by following the Timetable for exact times and rooms)

✔ Step 6: Student ID Card application

✔ Step 7: Health insurance (e.g. Generali Studium)

✔ Step 8: Signing the SH agreement and application for TAJ number (=public health service number) in case of scholarship holders

✔ Step 9: Klebersberg Library enrolment

✔ Step 10: Check your emails on a daily basis for the latest information

✔ Step 11: Follow the Academic Calendar and the Timetable
