Registration fee: 20 000 HUF/50 EURO

Discounted fee for students: 12 000 HUF/30 EURO

 

Registration fee can be payed via bank transfer before 30th March, 2024 (only in HUF or EUR).

 

Please indicate the full name of the conference participant when making the transfer. In the case of group payment, enter the names of those to whom the registration fee will be transferred in the comments section.
Please note, that receipt of payment can be issued for the name of the account holder/payer only. Please enter your tax identification/VAT number for the issuance of the invoice if you are a legal entity. Please indicate separately if you are not requesting the issuance of the invoice for the paying party!

Instructions for authors

Presentation

Regular presentations are limited to 10 minutes and 5 minutes for discussion.

 

Short presentations are limited to 5 minutes (maximum 5 slides)

 

It is recommended to prepare the presentations in pptx and pdf format


Poster

A poster session will be organized as part of the conference.

Abstract

Before submitting your abstract please read carefully the formal requirements and use the abstract template, which can be downloaded from the website.

 

Formatting requirements of Abstracts

The Abstracts of the regular and short presentations and posters of the 21st Wellmann International Scientific Conference will be published in the Book of Abstracts with ISBN. Authors are asked to follow the instructions below:

  • The abstract should be typed single spaced using Winword (or a similar, convertible programme) in Times New Roman CE font, simple lines, and 12 pt characters. The language of articles is English.
  • Abstracts should give a pertinent overview of the work.
  • Title should be concise, consisting of maximum of 2 lines, and should be typed in bold centred, capital characters.
  • The authors' names should be typed centred using bold capital characters. The affiliation of each author are also centred and should be written beneath the authors' names.
  • Abstracts is a single paragraph and justified. It should not contain chapters. The text of the abstract is minimum 150 words and must not exceed 250 words.
  • Do not incorporate tables, figures, pictures or references in the abstract.
  • Authors are responsible for the content and English language accuracy.

 

Only one abstract submission per registered participant can be accepted. Those who register with a short presentation and a poster only need to upload an abstract, as they will present their poster as part of the short presentation.

Please note, that the use of abstract template is mandatory. It can be downloaded from the conference website (See ‘Abstract template’ link).

Please name your abstract with your first name and last name before submission and upload it in doc or pdf format, e.g. Lionel_Messi.pdf.

Deadline for submit the abstract is 29th February, 2024.

 

The abstract book will be published on the conference webpage.

 

Publication in RARD/full paper submission

The peer-reviewed full papers (=accepted manuscripts) to be published in Review on Agriculture and Rural Development (ISSN: 2063-4803).

 

The length of the manuscript can be a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 pages. The Editorial Board will accept only papers that have not appeared in any other publications and they are not under publication process either.

 

The use of the new ‘manuscript template’ as well as filling and uploading the ‘authorship statement’ is mandatory for those submitting the manuscript. These can be downloaded from the conference webpage (See ‘Manuscript template’ link).
