Restoring a key brain rhythm has the potential to help treat depression, according to new study led by researchers from University of Szeged and NYU Grossman School of Medicine

Researchers from NYU Grossman School of Medicine and Hungary’s University of Szeged found that restoring certain signals in a brain region that processes smells countered depression. Jiale Wang, a second-year agricultural engineering student from the Faculty of Agriculture, also co-authored this significant research.
