The article reports that a high pollen concentration in the air may increase the risk of Coronavirus by human.
During the research, the pollen pollution of the air and the data of Coronavirus – contamination of five continents, 31 countries, have been compared.
Other components, namely, social factors, such as population density and lockdowns have been taken into account.
This is the most comprehensive research on the relationship between pollen and Coronavirus in the international literature.
At the same time, it is the most extensive research project in the field of aerobiology, it expands all the continents with the co-operation of 154 co-authors.
PNAS is a quite large international scientific journal. Publishing in it is a professional recognition.
The impact factor of the article is: 9,412.
