1. Students' Service Office of the University of Szeged (HSZI)
The Students' Service Office comprises all relevant service units that provide guidance to students throughout the student lifecycle, from the moment they apply until graduation. They provide assistance with administrative or academic issues. The Office can be found at the Attlia József Study and Information Center (TIK) in Szeged.
At the Students’ Service Office students can arrange:
- application for student card
- signing the scholarship agreement (in case of scholarship holders)
- health insurance

2. The Faculty’s Student Registration Office
Education-related matters are coordinated by the Student Registration Office such as:
- enrollment for freshmen
- subject and exam related questions
- student status certificates
- transcript of records
