Invitation to our Erasmus week

including Wellmann International Scientific Conference

Dear Partners and Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to join us at our Erasmus week, which will take place on May 12th-16th,

2025, at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Szeged, (Hungary, 6800, Hódmezővásárhely,

Andrássy str. 15.) thereby enriching this event with your presence.

Focus of the week will be on:

• Network building

• International mobility and research

• Partner meeting

• Wellmann International Scientific Conference (The topic of the Conference is “SUSTAINABLE

AGRICULTURE & ENVIRONMENT IN A CHANGING WORLD”)

Staff week is aimed at Colleagues dealing with not only international affairs, mobility or projects, but

also who are interested in the topic of our Conference (teachers, researcher and PhD students).

Erasmus Week is an exciting opportunity for colleagues and PhD students from various universities to

come together and engage in cultural exchange, academic discussions, and networking. The event

aims to foster international collaboration and promote a deeper understanding of different cultures.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Szeged,

share practices and experience with colleagues and discover Hódmezővásárhely and Szeged area.

During the Erasmus Week, we have planned a series of activities including workshops, seminars,

panel discussions, and social events. These activities will provide a platform for participants to share

their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives on various topics related to education, culture, and

society.

We believe that your presence and active participation in Erasmus Week will greatly contribute to the

success of the event. Your insights and contributions will enrich the discussions and create a vibrant

atmosphere for learning and networking.

Registration fee of 100 EUR includes workshops, materials, cultural programme, farewell dinner,

coffee breaks, lunches at the all Erasmus Week and Wellmann International Scientific Conference.

To confirm your participation, please fill out the on-line registration form. Kindly note that there are

limited spots available, so we encourage you to respond at your earliest convenience.

The online registration is open until 6 April 2025.
