A professional delegation from the University of Life Sciences King Mihai ‘I’ Timisoara arrived at the USZ Faculty of Agriculture.

The members of the delegation – namely; Professor Nicoleta MATEOC-SIRB, Associate Prof. Teodor MATEOC-SIRB, Associate Prof. Elena TONEA, Associate Prof. Tabita-Cornelia ADAMOV, Camelia-Maria MANESCU, Lecturer, Assistant Professor Marius-Ionut GORDAN, and Dragoș-Ciprian CHENDE, engineer – were welcomed by the Dean, Edit MIKÓ, Péter JANI – the head of the Dean’s Office -, László MAKRA, professor emeritus, Balázs DURAY, research fellow and Magdolna GERA, Faculty Erasmus coordinator.

The purpose of the meeting, which took place within the framework of the (ROHU) Interreg VI-A Romania – Hungary cross-border application HORIZON-CL6-2024-COMMUNITIES-02-2-two-stage, was to develop new business models within the framework of the regional development application, as well as improving agricultural enterprises and their operational efficiency.

It is also a long-term goal for agricultural enterprises to join the international supply chain with a greater ability to create value, as well as to better meet the challenges of environmental protection and energy.
