The University of Szeged and the French University of Réunion Island have signed a letter of intention on international cooperation in French and Hungarian, covering developments in common fields of education and research that will be of benefit to both parties.
The title of International Coordinator of the Year 2022 was also awarded at the 1st Stipendium Hungaricum and Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme Coordinators' Meeting organised by the Tempus Public Foundation in Székesfehérvár. At the prestigious event, Dr. Leona Kovács-Jerney, Head of the International Office for Full time Scholarship Programmes of the Directorate for International Affairs and Public Relations, University of Szeged, was awarded the title of International Coordinator of the year.
The University of Szeged is participating in the EUGLOH event in Lund, Sweden, from 9 to 12 May 2022. Representatives from the five European university associations share their experience, this time focusing on marketing, communication and possible new joint projects.

The UNI 2022 University Ranking was launched at the 22nd EDUCATIO International Education Exhibition in Budapest. By comparing the international rankings of the last three years, the volume aims to provide a credible picture of the Hungarian higher education institutions. The publication takes into account the results of Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and Times Higher Education (THE). The University of Szeged emerged as the winner in the overall ranking.

The National Higher Education Scholarship is offered by the Hungarian Government for University students who are taking part in undergraduate, masters or undivided training program who have been, or were during earlier studies, enrolled for at least two semesters may apply for a National Higher Education Scholarship.
We always try to organize events and courses where the Hungarian and the International students can have fun together. This sport day was one of them. Our students can try themselves in different games and sports and in the end, they could experience Hungarian culinary joy as well.

Out international students had the chance to try excellent cheeses and half-made cottage cheese at the Boope Kft. where Mr. Sándor Kiss, CEO, and Dr. József Horváth, Dean, guided the students of third year into the depth of the logistics system of small scale milk production in the frame of Logistics.
The aim of the BSc program is to train agricultural engineers capable of realizing production, leader, management, controlling and organization work in agricultural enterprises of different size and type, completing tasks in enterprises dealing with the processing and marketing of agricultural products and also realizing professional management duties, analysing and controlling commercial, economic processes in connection with agriculture.
